Evidence
ReflectionAcross this core, I learned to connect systems and organizational theory with practical data use to drive meaningful school improvement. The work emphasized moving from data collection to interpretation and action—linking evidence to root-cause analysis, equity questions, and change strategies that support all learners. In EDLE 701 – Data Analysis, I applied statistical reasoning to analyze datasets and translate results into clear, actionable findings for decision-makers. The EDLE 705 – Improvement and Accountability project strengthened my ability to align organizational goals with performance indicators and to design cycles of continuous improvement. The Case Study on Inequality of Professional Development Opportunities provided a lens for examining how system structures and resource distribution influence outcomes and how targeted interventions can reduce disparities. Collectively, these experiences refined my capacity to use reliable evidence—research, case studies, and local data—to facilitate organizational change, monitor impact, and enhance student performance through informed, equitable leadership decisions. |
