Analyze, interpret, and disseminate educational information to stakeholders within the
school and community to support and enhance school improvement
Evidence
ReflectionDuring the COVID-19 period, I had multiple opportunities to analyze, interpret, and share educational information with diverse audiences. In EDLE 736 – Football Revenue: Financial Ripple Effects of COVID, I examined economic and operational impacts on programs and articulated the implications for institutional decision-making, transparency, and stakeholder communication. Through the EDLE 701 Critique, I practiced translating research findings into clear, actionable takeaways for practitioners, reinforcing the importance of accuracy and accessibility when communicating evidence. In EDLE 530/710, projects on Online Professional Development and Digital Portfolios emphasized sustainable systems for documenting growth and sharing results to inform improvement cycles. My job-embedded work on the COE Hub Website extended these skills by curating resources and publishing updates that connected data, practice, and community needs. Collectively, these experiences strengthened my capacity to synthesize complex information, anticipate stakeholder questions, and disseminate findings that support continuous school improvement. |
