Evidence
Reflection
Throughout this program, I experienced significant growth in my ability to design, conduct, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research. The evidence selected for this foundation demonstrates my progression from understanding research theory to effectively applying it within authentic educational contexts.
In EDLE 703 – Research Proposal, I developed a comprehensive Chapter 3 Methodology that reflects my ability to align research design with purpose, context, and ethical considerations. In EDLE 701 – Study Proposal, I deepened my understanding of how to translate conceptual frameworks into practical, data-driven studies. Finally, in EDLE 705 – Case Study, Inequality of Professional Development Opportunities, I applied qualitative inquiry to analyze real-world issues of access and equity while also considering how quantitative extensions could strengthen future research.
Collectively, these experiences solidified my ability to approach educational problems through multiple research lenses. As I continue beyond this program, I intend to expand my work by incorporating mixed-methods approaches that integrate both narrative insight and empirical evidence to inform leadership practice and policy.
